In today's message, Pastor Ted painted a sweeping narrative of Scripture, showing how Revelation 13, Daniel 2, and Daniel 7 fit together as one prophetic story. He denoted that the towering statue represents the succession of earthly kingdoms - brilliant in appearance, yet fragile at their core. Each layer of metal marks a stage in human history, reminding listeners that the rise and fall of empires unfolds under God's sovereign hand. The vision culminates in a stone "cut without hands", a symbol of God's kingdom that will one day replace every human authority and led by the chief cornerstone referenced in many places in scripture, including 1 Peter 2:6-7, and Ephesians 2:20.
From there, Pastor Ted shifted to Daniel 7, where the same kingdoms appear not as polished metals but as wild, predatory beasts. The imagery reveals heaven's perspective: political powers, when disconnected from God, become dehumanizing and destructive. The fourth beast and its boastful horn highlight a final surge of rebellion against God and His people.
Finally, he turned back to Revelation 13, where a composite beast emerges from the sea, combining features of all Daniel's creatures. This figure represents the culmination of human pride, spiritual deception, and systemic opposition to God by the antichrist. Yet the message is not fear but of hope: every beastly power is temporary, while Christ's kingdom is eternal.
Pastor Ted concluded by urging believers to remain steadfast, discerning, and loyal to Christ, trusting that God's unshakable kingdom will outlast every earthly one.
